- Our shipments are sent via Canada Post. Standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. If the items are in stock the order will generally ship within 24 hours.

- Boneyard Bargains is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Shipping charges do not include any brokerage or taxes which may be levied on shipments destined out of Canada. For more information on these charges check your local customs office. Many of our products are duty-free under NAFTA and other treaties.

- We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We will never sell or share your contact information with another party.
- Returns & Replacements
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase.
Custom products are non refundable but do come with a 1 year service warranty. Prop plans are non refundable.
- Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Package product in original shipping box including all packing material, user guides and manuals. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing. Original shipping charges are non refundable. We may refuse returns for the following reasons:
- -No RMA # was obtained
- -Damaged product or packaging
- -Missing accessories or literature

Allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing. Original shipping charges are non refundable. We may refuse returns for the following reasons:

- We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. We also accept cheques, however, orders will not be shipped until funds have cleared. Standard clearing time is 10 business days
